Folders to Video Sessions
A realistic learning or research scenario often involves documents, references, and diagrams from multiple sources. With TiLT, you can upload an entire folder or select multiple files--including documents, presentations, and images. For simplicity, we’ve added a drag-and-drop folder upload feature to make the process seamless.
In this document, we cover the basics related to folder upload.

Uploading a Folder / Multiple Files
In the main landing page, select "Folder" tab and either select or drag-n-drop the folder. Alternatively you can select the multi-file option by clicking on the Plus (+) icon.
Note: You can upload up to 10 files at a time. Each file may contain a maximum of 50 pages (any pages beyond this limit will be ignored). The total combined file size must not exceed 25 MB.
Below we show an example Test folder with three files.

Upon uploading the screen would look like this

You can even add / remove files by clicking on the "+" icon.

Acceptable File Formats
The folder should have the following files
Pictures (PNG, JPEG or JPG format
Documents (PDF, DOCx, TXT, PPTx)
Videos (MP4)
Files other than this format will be ignored.
Note: Images and Video Files
The purpose of including images and video files in the folder is to embed them into the presentation and showcase them with animations during playback. However, each file must have an accompanying description—otherwise, it will be ignored.
For example, if you have an image named diagram1.png that looks like the one below, your folder should also include a text file (with TXT extension) named diagram1.txt containing a description such as: “A labeled anatomical diagram of the human heart showing its four chambers (left atrium, right atrium, left ventricle, and right ventricle), major blood vessels including the aorta, pulmonary arteries, pulmonary veins, and vena cava, as well as the heart valves. The diagram illustrates the direction of blood flow through the heart, highlighting the separation between oxygenated and deoxygenated blood.”

For video files, a similar description file is required. At present, we cannot generate voice-overs for existing videos, so they will be included in the presentation as-is, accompanied only by the provided description.
After uploading and adjusting, select mode, language and add additional commands appropriately following the descriptions in the previous sections.
